Superior Insulations is a registered SEAI contractor with extra benefits:

  1. Thanks to our partnership with Kingspan Retrofit, we also offer more money back in the form of Carbon Credit Rebates.
  2. The grants and carbon credit rebates are discounted directly off our quote and you only pay the difference!
Our Customers pay Total Cost – SEAI Grant and Carbon Credit Rebate.
For Example:. Total cost for Cavity Wall and Attic Insulation for a standard 3 bedroom Semi Detached House may be €1923.
You pay only €1000 as the SEAI grants + CCR = €923.

We have had clients already receive grants of up to €7,000 with the recent changes in the re-launch of the SEAI grants. Of course, that’s just the beginning of savings when you consider the money you will save on heating costs for the lifetime of your premises.

Six more things to know about SEAI grants

  • Grants are for a fixed amount, they vary depending on the type of improvement, regardless of the size of your home
  • If the final value of the work is lower than the grant, then the lower will be refunded
  • With a third and fourth measure, you will get a bonus grant of €300 and €100 respectively
  • A BER (Building Energy Rating) must be completed after the work is completed. The BER is included in the grant scheme but cannot count as extra measure for the bonus grant
  • SEAI must approve the grant before works start
  • The grant offer is valid for six months after it’s notified
