Warm Walls,
Inside Out.

Superwall 100 is our premium internal wall insulation system — combining lightweight metal framing, high-density closed-cell spray foam and drylining boards for maximum thermal performance without touching the outside of your home.

What is Superwall 100?

Superwall 100 is a three-stage internal wall insulation system developed for solid-wall properties where external wall insulation is not suitable or desired. Lightweight metal tracking is fixed to the floor and ceiling, standing proud of the existing wall to create a cavity. High-density closed-cell polyurethane spray foam is then applied directly onto the existing wall, completely filling the cavity between the metal studs and forming an airtight, moisture-resistant thermal barrier. Finally, drylining boards are screwed to the metal studs to create a clean, plaster-ready finish. The result is a dramatically warmer wall with no external disruption to your property.

How it Works

1

Survey & Planning

We carry out a full survey of the walls to be insulated, assess moisture levels, and plan the layout of the metal tracking to ensure the finished wall depth suits your space.

2

Metal Framing

Lightweight metal tracking — floor and ceiling channels with vertical studs — is fixed around the perimeter of the room, standing proud of the existing wall to create the cavity for insulation.

3

Spray Foam Insulation

High-density closed-cell polyurethane spray foam is applied directly onto the existing wall, expanding to fill every gap in the cavity between the metal studs — creating an airtight, moisture-resistant thermal barrier.

4

Drylining

Plasterboard drylining boards are screwed directly to the metal studs, creating a flat, stable surface that is ready for skimming, painting or tiling — leaving a clean, professional finish throughout.

FAQs

Yes, Superwall 100 adds depth to the interior walls — typically 75–100mm depending on the system specification. We'll discuss the exact depth and its impact on your room dimensions during the survey.
SEAI grants are not currently available for internal dry lining systems of this type. However, the energy savings and comfort improvements are significant, and we offer competitive pricing on all Superwall 100 installations.
Superwall 100 is suitable for most rooms including living rooms, bedrooms and hallways. We'll advise on any areas where alternative approaches may be more appropriate, such as bathrooms where specialist moisture boards would be used.
The process does require rooms to be cleared and there will be some dust from drilling and cutting. Most rooms can be completed within 1-2 days, and we tidy up fully before we leave. Skirting boards and electrical sockets will need to be repositioned as part of the finishing works.
